Biography
The Fallen, previously known as the Holy Nine, were a famous band of Paladins for the Temple of Bahamut.
They betrayed their temple, having been swayed by The Black Flame and Tiamat. For their betrayal, Marcus Brandt cursed them, only the Black Flame escaped its effects. The Fallen lost their original names and their scales became colourless and drab.
The Fallen were defeated one by one over a period of 200 years, culminating with the destruction of The Black Flame in 671 AC.
Since their defeat, the Black Flame was summoned to the Seam in 5941 by the restless wraith spirit of the Gold Fallen.
Description
The scales of the fallen were grey, with a few scant flecks of their original colour. Their faces were gaunt, and they often would wear masks to cover them.
