Jean Luc Hawkins is the captain of The Night Runner, having taken it over during a mutiny led by the party.
Description
He is a flamboyant, dramatic pirate with a vision for how piracy SHOULD be done, based on an extensive interest in pirates he developed whilst reading adventure novels outside of the seam at a young age. He is an excellent swordsman and a good friend of the party.
Jean Luc is a tall human man that wears a tricorn hat and a long coat over colourful shirts and trousers. He wields a vicious cutlass and wears an eyepatch.
