Return to Jacquard

After being dropped off on the chalks by Jean Luc, the party return to Jacquard.

They then proceeded to escort the gem back to Velour. The Moire Ryder left at 9am the next day with Biri and Flint in tow, Caely and Jarvis remained on The Circumstances.

On the journey, Biri found that the gem was calling to her. She didn’t touch it but her connection to Bahamut was resonating more strongly in it’s presence.

Temptation

The party went to visit the Hallowdawn immediately upon returning. The gem was escorted along with Biri to the vault. Biri remained with it in the vault until it while a meeting was arranged for Victory with Ozak the Death.

In the vault, Biri could no longer keep herself from the gem. She attuned to it, learning of it’s powers, and it’s connection with the plane of Mount Celestia. Biri also found the Planar Gem of The Abyss, which has also seemingly been acquired by the Hallowdawn.

The Meeting

In a stressful meeting, Ozak chastised Victory and Lester for their behaviour. However, Victory was promoted to Lester’s equal and told that the Hallowdawn were plotting to acquire all of the planar gems in the Seam. Victory’s new role would be to take her team and track down and return as many gems as possible to the Hallowdawn. More documents would be sent her way over the coming days with potential leads.
