Werebear Victims

The Werebear of Poplin (See logs 15 to 24) targeted a number of different individuals for their perceived connections with The Red Hand. Three guards were also killed while on patrol on the nights several of the targets were killed.

Targets

Luren Elwynn

Luren was a half-elven hunter. He was killed after he disagreed with Artemis and Jordan about using the Planar Gem of The Beastlands to take out members of The Red Hand.

He was the first death. His body was left at the edge of the woods.

Rory and Harriet Bevis

Rory and Harriet Bevis were the owners of Bevis Farm in Poplin. They were running a secret Moondust operation beneath their farm on behalf of the Red Hand.

They were the second and third targets to die. Their farm was ripped open by the Werebear.

Vada Cranstone

Vada Cranstone was a halfling woman who acted as a fence for The Red Hand. She operated a warehouse beneath her flat. The werebear sent a letter pretending to be from the Red Hand to draw her away from Poplin Town.

She was the fourth target to die. Her body was found on the western path from the mansion.

Jopos Tealeaf

Jopos Tealeaf was a halfling chemist who owned Tealeaf Apothecary. He was killed for watering down his potions, reducing their efficacy for critical purposes.

He was the fifth target to die. His body was found in the northern fields.

Guards

Elicia Hayes

Elicia was killed while out on patrol on the same evening as Vada. Her body was found in the north western fields.

Amery Isaac and Brisco Zong

Amery and Isaac were killed while out on patrol on the same evening as the Bevis’s. Their bodies were found in the north eastern fields.
